RETURN POLICY

Q: Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel the order online by logging into your StyFash account or you can cancel the order during the confirmation call. But once the order is confirmed, you are not allowed to cancel the order. But you can exchange the product after delivery as per our Return & Exchange Policy.

Q: I have changed my mind after having confirmed the order over phone. I would like to choose a different product. What do I do?

Once you verify the order, we will ship the product(s) to you. But if you have changed your mind and would like to have a different product(s), we request you to accept the parcel first and then raise a request for exchange either by calling us at the phone number provided on the parcel or by logging into your StyFash account within 07 days of receiving the parcel. Then you need to send the parcel back to us at the address provided on the parcel. Once we receive the product(s) from you and do our own quality-check, we ship the alternate product(s) to you.

Q: I would like to exchange the current product with a product priced higher. How do I do that?

You follow the same procedure as specified above. But you need to pay extra money through cash on delivery (?) or online payment. For instance, if you have purchased a product priced Rs.1000/- and you would like to exchange it for a product or a number of products priced individually or combined, say, Rs.1200/-, you will need to make the balance payment of Rs.(1200-1000) or Rs.200/-.

Q: What if I would like to exchange the current product with another one priced lower?

You follow the same procedure as mentioned above. In this case, you will be refunded the balance amount in your StyFash account. For example, if you had initially ordered a product priced at Rs.1000/- and you subsequently exchange it for another priced at say, Rs.800/-, you will receive the balance Rs.(1000-800) or Rs.200/- as Styfash Credit, which you can use to make a purchase from us within 180 days.

Q: Do you offer refund of money?

We do not offer any refund of money, but we do credit the refundable amount in your StyFash a/c, which you can use within 180 days to make a purchase from us.

Q: Do you offer reverse pick-up in case of an exchange?

We do not offer any reverse pick-up facility at the moment. If you would like to exchange the product, you need to send it back to us at the address provided on the parcel through any courier of your choice by paying the required charges. When we ship the exchanged product to you, we do it free of cost.

Q: Which categories of products cannot be returned?

Jewellery and jewelled watches are not eligible for return or exchange.

Q: I have ordered more than one product and received them. But I do not like one of those products and would like to exchange it. Can I do that?

Yes, of course, you can exchange a part of your order. If you have ordered multiple products and you do not like one or a few of them, you can return and exchange them while retaining the rest with you.

Q: What happens if I only return the product and not exchange any thing in return?

When your returned product reaches us, we quickly do our quality check to make sure the product is in brand new condition. As soon as we are done with the quality check, we credit the refundable amount in your StyFash a/c without any delay. In an exceptional case, if you have returned the product, but have not been refunded yet, please feel free to contact our customer support team and we will be more than happy to assist you.
